Managing Partner and Founder, Lawrence LeBlanc formed a Human Resource consulting firm, Gallagher LeBlanc LLC,  in 2009. With more than 30 years of diverse, international Human Resource experience, Lawrence's focus throughout his career has been to develop creative solutions to complex human resource and business problems to unleash the power of people in the workplace and drive business growth and success. He understands the delicate balance between a thorough, well-developed strategy combined with  successful, swift execution based on his formative development as a Member of Scientific Staff with Bell Northern Research. He values the power and creativity of bringing together people of diverse thought to break down complicated business obstacles from over 10 years of international life and management experience in Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America.  

Lawrence's expertise includes Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, and all elements that attract, motivate, and retain people), HR Shared Services (HR systems, processes, operations), and HR Business Partner disciplines at all levels from the corporate boardroom to field operations following 15 years of executive management in private and Fortune 500 public companies such as HCA, Kirkland's, Dollar General, Blockbuster, AES, PanAmSat, Bank One International and Nortel Networks. Lawrence has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Concordia University in Montreal.
